Vedaki
The Vedaki Story

Born from a Gap in the Fasting Aisle

Vedaki began with four years spent inside India's FMCG spices industry — watching how fasting food was packaged, sold, and too often, quietly adulterated. A large population across Bharat follows religious fasting practices with strict dietary restrictions: not just seasonal observances like Navratri and Ramadan, but recurring weekly vows like Ekadashi and Somvar. Yet the market meant to serve that devotion rarely matched it — hidden grains, cut hing, table salt sold as sendha namak. We started Vedaki to close that gap with a clean food brand built specifically for fasting-specific consumption.

Vision

To become the absolute gold standard for trust and purity of religious essentials for every sacred ritual across Bharat.

Mission

We cater to spiritually conscious consumers by crafting clean-label fasting foods, ensuring the sanctity of religious rituals through stringent, zero-contamination processing — direct from farm to fasting plate.

What We Stand On

Our Core Values

Uncompromising Sanctity

We protect the spiritual integrity of our food at all costs. There is zero tolerance for cross-contamination or hidden ingredients.

Radical Transparency

We give consumers complete visibility into our supply chain, from the farmer's field to the final sealed package.

Holistic Nourishment

We formulate foods that respect the biological realities of fasting, minimising sodium and unhealthy fats while maximising sustainable energy.

Modern Empathy

We understand the time constraints of the modern consumer and design formats — ready-to-cook, quick-commerce-ready — that make adherence to vows seamless.

Relentless Education

We empower our consumers with knowledge, teaching them how to identify adulteration and understand the nutritional impact of their fasting choices.

Behind the Scenes

Inside the Vedaki Facility

We open our doors on purpose. From the mills that grind our kuttu and singhara flours to the sealed lines that pack our sendha namak, our factory and company-building journey is documented for anyone to see — because trust is built in the open, not behind a label.
