Our Kuttu Atta is milled from whole buckwheat seed in a dedicated fasting-only facility, so there is never a trace of wheat, gram, or other restricted grains. Cool-stone ground to protect nutrients, it makes soft puris, pakoras, and rotis for Navratri, Ekadashi, and Somvar fasts.
